First, we confirm receipt of your documents by email, which is followed by another email in the event any additional information or documentation needed.
We then submit the documents for recording and then proactively track the documents to ensure that they are properly and timely recorded. Upon recordation, we send another email confirming same along with the pertinent recording details.
